"physical self-awareness is the first step in releasing the tyranny of the past"
- The Body Keeps the Score by Bessel van der Kolk

you are the authority on your body
my practice is based on communication, curiosity, and collaboration.
before the session, we discuss your goals and concerns. we create a plan for the day as well as for the long term.
you lead the way, I offer my tools and knowledge
this is trauma-informed care
my style of bodywork
"Charlotte uses a variety of techniques, all leading from a place of deep nurturing and love. All sessions aim to support your body's natural and innate ability to heal itself. Sometimes, the session looks like deep tissue techniques to release areas of acute or chronic pain. Sometimes, it's activating the senses to return to a safe place in your body using aromatherapy. Sometimes, it's energy work, collaborating with the unseeable to aid your healing process."
"Charlotte intuitively finds her flow with your energy and works from there for the most effective massage that your mind, body, and soul all benefit from. If you are looking for a massage with an elevated aspect, look no further. She is so thorough and aware of what you are in need of even if you are not sure in the moment. Such a treat to be able to let go and just relax in her care. Cannot recommend her enough!"

"I struggle with chronic pain, stagnation, and have trouble releasing emotions. I have worked with SO many therapists before, but none of them come close to my experiences with Charlotte. She is incredibly intuitive and trauma-informed, and helps my body feel safe enough to release stuck energy and emotions, while also easing my chronic pain. I'm so grateful to have found her for not only physical support, but emotional/energetic care as well."

"The other day I woke up with a huge knot it my back and I scheduled a session with Charlotte right away. I left feeling relieved of pain and much more relaxed. Charlotte has an incredible intuitive touch and very strong hands. Her space is nurturing and her presence is healing. Definitely check her out!"

A woman, an old soul, a part of nature, a witch, a healer, a lover, a friend.

I have been on a healing journey myself for most of my conscious years. I grew up as a Jehovah's Witness into a family that didn't quite "get" me. I was the loud, emotional, activist of the family. I wanted the most out of life not just for me but for everyone.

My childhood left some big scars on my mental health, experiencing neglect, abuse, and shame.

As a young adult, after years of being a ballerina turned CrossFitter, I started to experience debilitating headaches during each menstrual period along with unexplained pain in my whole torso. Soon after, I learned I had scoliosis with 3 pronounced curves and a flattened spine.

Throughout my 20's, I embarked on a journey of both physical and mental healing. My curious spirit led me to explore any healing modality - from intraoral physical therapy to psychedelic medicine. Every practice and every method led me to understand that there is no one thing that works for all people all of the time.

I am a lifelong learner of how the body, mind, and soul work together to create healing. We want to be whole. The earth wants to be whole.

Through a combination of bodywork and psychosomatic practices, I provide a space for you to explore what heals you. I incorporate elements of my journey, my experiences and a kind, loving touch.
